    I think this is worth it, these are notorious (as are maps) for getting shredded because it's full of gameplay hints. Most nonfunctional posters I've seen, if not all of them, have been mint. They're worth far less of course. It's a combination of the game's good prominence and the scarcity of a mint sheet. It's definitely worth as much or more than the MM booklet IMO.
