Ugh, Renee is terrible at the table. Not as terrible as Brie and Maryse are in the ring but man it's annoying.
She so bad and very monotone
Wow, get Brie Bella out of the ring. She about knocked poor Liv Morgan's teeth backwards through her face tonight. Anyone else watch that... ugh Brie legit kicked her in the fave 2 times in a row and knocked her out cold. UGH!!

Holy shit...I caught bits and pieces of that match and did not notice that. Watched a replay and then she drug her around and she was barely moving...holy smokes that can cause permanent damage I believe. Poor girl...being back into wrestling for like 1.5 years now, I was wondering what all the insane hype was around the Bella Twins, they honestly are weak as shit in the ring - can barely watch them these last few weeks.
EDIT - then I caught an article about on the Sept 4th RAW she heavily botched not 1, but 2 dives through the ropes. What is she doing out there?
So is there really just no penalty for injuring someone? Accidents happen, sure... but some people really shouldn't be out there.
The crazy thing is she kicked her twice...you know for sure after the first kick made contact you would recognize and then really sell the 2nd one with everything she's got. I guess after watching it again, she did throw the last two really fast, but still...
This is crazy if you ask me...I wonder if her mentality is skewed a bit from her husband as we know the guys do take some hits sometimes and roll with it. I'm probably reaching a bit there. Even her public statement afterwards had 0 sorry in it.
Nikki is actually not a bad wrestler at all. Now brie on the other hand...if u didnt see her try to jump through the ropes, u should look it up. Wipes out hard, twice!
So is there really just no penalty for injuring someone? Accidents happen, sure... but some people really shouldn't be out there.
"Penalty".... dude.... do we all understand what we're watching?
In the end... they're ACTORS. When in the ring, performers are simulating the violence in the most realistic way possible.
So if someone wasn't a good enough wrestler to perform the match given, and was injuring people, they wouldn't be in a WWE ring.
Everyone was losing their shit over this Brie/Liv Morgan kick, when it really just was really unfortunate timing. It's partly Liv's "fault" too. On the first kick Liv kind of tucks her head and combined with a low/misplaced kick from Brie, Liv gets kicked right in the face. Then Brie kicks her a second time so fast she doesn't realize that Liv is actually out and falling, and hits her a secind time in the face. I think the first kcik knocked her out...
But it all just seemed like really unfortunate timing. Brie is a good enough wrestler to perform the "YES" kicks, and the suicide dive or else the "producer" making the match with them wouldn't put it in the match. She's done both many times. Just unfortunate timing, really.
DB does need to chill out a bit, though. I would have boped he'd be 1) wrestling less and 2) not doing diving headbutts.... (it looked like he landed on Shelton Benjamins head, too, this past Smackdown). No one is freaking out on DB for that...?

You should give it a shot... there's a ton of good things going on in WWE on right now.
If you want pure wrestling, and don't have time to screw around, watch NXT Takeover PPV's. Start with the next one, or go back 5-10 shows and start there. They are incredible PPV's. Tons of great wrestling, with great storytelling/wrestlers as well. NXT on a weekly basis is excellent as well, but the PPV's are incredible.
If you go back about 6 Takeover's and start with... NXT TakeOver: Chicago.... That would place you squarley at the beginning (with history given in pre-match vignettes) of an incredible storyline (no spoilers) and you will have 7 incredible shows to watch to catch you up.
You could theoretically sign up for your free month of the WWE network, watch those shows, then cancel if you hate it. If not, $10/month just to watch NXT is worth it, never mind all the Raw/Smackdown PPV's and other events like tomorrow's/tonights Super Show Down, Evolution, or Crown Jewel)
It's worth the $12/month up here in Canada, haha. Yes, corporate shill... but it's worth it. Even better up here because it comes as a linear channel on our TV so I can PVR shows. Not that it's that hard to hook up a computer to a TV nowadays, but I like it.
Makes me feel like I'm watching a legit PPV when I watch it LIVE. I mean... like back in the day when me and my friends paid $29.99/PPV.
Raw and Smackdown you could jump right into, but there's a lot of fluff with 3 and 2 hour shows weekly. Still good if you PVR, though. There is some awesome stuff going on right now on Smackdown/Raw...
What the hell happened in The Miz vs Daniel Bryan match? There's no way they save that for almost the end and then have a roll up in 2 minutes? Looked like the ref lost his earpiece and just kept counting? Seems like something went wrong on that one for sure????

Blame Mania X7. It started the "kick out of finishers" and ended the attitude era.
Wrestlemania 7, Ultimate Warrior kicked out of 5 consecutive Macho Man big elbow drops.
Don't remind me. I actually heard that was all Savages idea. To help warrior get a push Hogan wouldn't give.
Oh, I can't remember who said it but someone said todays wrestling is more like video game wrestling and holy shit are they right.
In this thread or elsewhere? Jim Cornette says it a lot.
All I got to say right now is Heel Becky is superhot!
While I 100% agree...her punches on Flair were like 6 inches from her head haha.

I wonder if he will start his own company with the belt.

Somoa joe made me laugh.
Cody has another belt.
Undertaker needs to give it up, seriously really looking his age now
No doubt, that was here in Seattle and he looked like he was 70. Ouch.

205 Live is actually really good as well.
