My main curiosity for this entire PPV is the main event. I haven't watched RAW/Smackdown in weeks, so I have pretty much zero investment going into it, lol.

Hopefully the main event makes up for the rest of the PPV. I have no idea why they needed to make this four hours. It's been average at best.
I predicted Kane coming back to help Taker tonight. Instead what we got... Was pure Horse Shit! Absolute joke of a main event ending. As soon as that first bell rang the place went dead silent and everyone knew it was going to be total Bs ending. What we got was even worse. Ugh, Everyone at my house was totally pissed.
We turned it off and watched the ending to the NXT title match a couple more times. Now there was a true ending. I don't know how Owens didn't shit himself when Balor came down on him from the top of that ladder.

I haven't wasted any time watching RAW or Smackdown for over a month, because I know it's a guaranteed bullshit ending at every PPV. I can't say I was surprised with last night's main event. I knew the second that bell rang early that some bullshit was up. I was instantly reminded of the Montreal ScrewJob last night. They made Taker look incredibly weak with that lowblow finish like that. I was rooting for Lesnar since Taker ruine the last PPV main even, and I still felt horrible for Taker.
What garbage booking for such amazing athletes, lmao! How are they going to abuse this angle now? "Taker didn't really win, OMFG! Let's string this until 'Mania next year!"
I think the finish would've made more sense without the "accidental" bell. They kept playing up the fact that The Undertaker would do anything to win, so they could've had him tap out on Lesnar's leg (knowing that the referee couldn't see it) to trick Lesnar into breaking the hold and thinking he won the match. Then when Lesnar got up and turned his back to celebrate, The Undertaker could hit him from behind and locked in the Hell's Gate. The announcers could've put Undertaker over as using a "cagey veteran" move to defeat the beast and still had Lesnar look strong. You know it's bad when you had Jon Stewart interfere in a WWE title match on the same PPV and nobody's even talking about how stupid that was.
Come on guys, how about that Divas Revolution match?
"BRIE MOOOODE!" *flop*
I'm a huge women's wrestling fan, and overall I thought that match was okay, but it was just booked terribly. I'm so sick and tired of WWE's lazy booking of just shoving every person involved in an angle(involving more than 2 wrestlers) into one big match and calling it a day. I was very happy to see Becky Lynch get the pin, especially after the got whooped on so bad early in the match. Too bad Nikki's just going to sandbag the title and not defend until after she's surpassed AJ's record.
Obviously that's what the WWE wants though. Erase AJ's memory since she quit on them. Too bad, AJ was awesome.
To Bearcat Doug, great point. That title match was a travesty too. And my goodness did they milk Stewart in the ring with that chair so long it was just painful to watch. And then he almost forgot to leave the chair for the Pedigree and had to get it again. Ugh...

The worst part was that the announcers even pointed out that Jon Stewart helping Rollins didn't make any sense considering they apparently had been in a Twitter war with each other. They didn't even bother attempting to explain it either as far as I know. Stewart didn't even look like he was selling that he was going to hit Rollins, he legitimately looked like he had no idea (or forgot) what to do once he got in the ring.
I think you're right about Taker using a trick to get Lesnar to release the hold, via tapping where the ref couldn't see. I didn't even consider that as a valid explanation; it just instantly filed with the last Diva's match BS when the bell never rang/re-rang, lmao.
Stewart was the best part of the PPV for me, for exactly the reason stated above: he stood there like a deer in headlights with that chair, lmao. Then, he almost drops it out of the ring, and clearly remembers last second to give it to Rollins for the finish, lol.

That would've been the smart approach for them to take, but I'm pretty sure Lesnar didn't let go until the bell rang. They killed the crowd since nobody had any idea what happened and then Charles Robinson had to argue with the time keeper for what seemed like several minutes over not ringing the bell unless he said so before finally restarting the match. I have no idea where they are going with this. Given how the "creative" team operates, it's probably part of some weird Undertaker heel turn where he had a deal with the rogue time keeper to bail him out by ringing the bell and causing a distraction if he got in trouble. Supposedly Sting is scheduled to be at Raw and so is The Undertaker, so they may play up Sting's "vigilante" gimmick and have him confront The Undertaker over his questionable tactics last night. I mean, there's no better way to make Lesnar look strong in defeat than to have a 56 year old man come in to avenge his loss right? (using WWE logic)

Knowing WWE creative, anything is possible. I had no idea Sting was scheduled to appear tonight; that just may get interesting.

I'd say your WWE logic is correct.
If they finally do a Sting/Undertaker match, my guess is that they would have it at Survivor Series. The Undertaker looked to be in rough shape after the match last night. There's a fan video going around where he actually goes down right by the entrance on his way back and has to crawl through the curtain. There was another video of him outside of his hotel with a limping pretty badly, so I doubt he will be wrestling in a match again for a few months.
Haha, Bo Dallas stupid ass just got a one way ticket to Suplex City! Everyone knows Taker is done, but I can't believe they didn't do something with Kane coming in to help his brother against Brock after taking him out. Was pretty lame no surprise returns during Summer Slam.
Wow, that was actually a pretty damn good Raw. It had some slow spots, but overall it handled a lot of stuff. I was actually pretty surprised they took on the "Cena overtaking Flair's streak" issue. That's been one hell of a hot-button topic among the wrestling community. For WWE to make a whole segment out of it, and have Flair come out and basically say "guys, it's cool. It happens." shows that maybe WWE is listening to the fans. That doesn't mean they are going to not have it happen, it just means they are at least addressing the hardcore fan's fears and trying to make the best of it.
They announced Sting vs Rollins for Night of Champions for the title after Raw. It would be interesting to see Sting get a short WWE title run, but after how he was used at Wrestlemania, I have a bad feeling that it would just be a way to set up Sheamus cashing in the MITB briefcase.
Sting wins it, drops it to Taker, Lesnar beats Taker to get back title, then Cena beats Lesnar to tie Flair's record and avenge his losses. Ha! They kept going on and on about how Cena getting the record just wasn't right versus Rollins. Needed to have him do it with versus a real champion not a joke of one. So Cena avenging his losses to Brock seems about right.
Random thought of the day: So the WWF Wrestling games on the NES (not including King of the Ring) all take the name of the previous game and just add something else to it. So you have Wrestlemania, Wrestlemania Challenge and then Wrestlemania Steel Cage Challenge. I never realized that before...

And they all more or less suck, lol (IMO).
Haha not too much to write home about for sure. Amazed how much the NES Box for King of the Ring is going for these days though...kinda insane.

The cart itself isn't cheap either, if I remember correctly. I remember seeing multiple copies - cart only and CIB - at Funcoland back in the day for less than $15, lol.
WWE has, not too surprisingly, botched this Divas Revolution.
Again, what worked in NXT has been bogged down by inept decisions on the main roster.
Less talk, more walk!
Stop talking #DivasRevolution and start putting on quality matches. It's amazing how much momentum Team PCB has lost. Sasha is clearly the breakout star and they need to start giving her a singles run/push.

I only counted two. I'm surprised he took any. That finish didn't make any sense other than it was an excuse to set up a third match.
Are you in New York wesofthedead?
Nah I live in ct, but I'm like 45-60 minutes away from New York City
the ending to the main event tonight was pure trash, I think I rather of had a Kane run in than what happened lol

More comedy than wrestling IMHO. Dat WWE logic.

They made Seth look like a shit champ, why is Sting next? Taker Lesnar was a nightmare, and Rusev should have squashed zigglypuff!

These 3-women factions are lame and dull now.
Get back to focusing on the individuals.
That Miz TV segment bombed so hard.
