Early Valentines day present

Wife bought a wii and zelda,wii play, paper mario from a co-worker for 300 bucks last night.  I was kind of hoping she'd get me a ps3 really as I am more of a hardcore gamer but I guess I would have gotten one eventually.  Anyways I think she got a great deal.  System was played only a couple times.  The guy just wasn't into it.  Should I get component cables to hook this to my hdtv, think it will look ok?

    Yeah, get some component cables, i got some for my wii and it makes a big difference from the original crappy cables.

    My wife bought my wii as a present also so I guess we both are lucky. I think that you will enjoy it. And as Widar said, get the component cable.

    i just switched over to a HDTV myself and tried the regular cables. Then I bought the component ones and was a huge difference.
