I don't have that exact version, but I've got a Doc's cleaning kit that's sealed.

I had that kit as a kid. My parents must have bought it for me somewhere. Its been long gone for years though.

That brings back memories - I think I still have that. That was the only cleaning kit I had and I used it during the NES/SNES era.
