Well I wasn't really working on this set, but I happened to finish it anyways! Had been waiting around for the last SNES test cart I needed (super scope) and found one recently for a great BIN on eBay, so I finally have all four! Now to finish off the last 2 NES ones, those are going to be fun, mainly zelda.
Saw that one as well, so I'm stoked it went to a great home!
This is a small one to knock off the list, but none the less I thought it was time for an update! American Game Cartridges set is finished! I was missing the instructions for Shockwave for close to a year, and I picked up a sealed copy from the U.K. a few weeks ago for cheap. The Death Race I won cheap on a poorly listed auction, and Chiller was pieced together. Found the cart and manual in pristine condition at an old pawn shop for $2 a while back, and picked up the box on eBay. I should be finishing up my Camerica set next, just need a CIB copy of Linus Spacehead, but it's so damn hard to find the version that's not the Aladdin one!
So a little over two years ago I set out on an epic quest, the quest for the unholy of unholy's.
To get a CIB set of all the Color Dreams/Bunch Games/Wisdom Tree games. It's been a long and
lengthy journey, but I am finally there! I still have a few variants I want to pick up (most of the black carts)
but as some of you may or may not know, the black cart variants (MicroGenius) are few and far between so I am in no rush there! Want to give thanks to all the people that have helped me out on the way, UncleTusk, NationalGameDepot, Burdger, Limbofunk, Bella, GammaRay (sorry if I forgot your name!) I now have one of every game CIB, including the 4 Wisdom Tree games for Genesis, variants for Pot O Gold contest, and a couple of the black cartridges. I haven't decided if I want to get the Gameboy Wisdom Tree games, I think I'm going to stay away from those knowing how expensive some of them are *cough* NIV Bible *cough* For your viewing pleasure some pictures of all the goodies.
Congrats! I'm a "set" collector as well. I'll be honest, if you didn't have the Bible Adventures variant, I wouldn't believe they existed. I've been looking for one of those for over a year with no luck. Anyway, your sets are awesome looking!
Woo finally another set down! Been working on Camerica for quite some time now. Picked up all the sealed Aladdin games back when all thos pallets were found in 2008. Grabbed most of the other ones from eBay, and Thor helped me knock off about 6 sealed ones including Stunt Kids, thanks again Thor! You may be asking why the Game Genie and adapter are in the picture, well they were published and sold by Galoob, but Codemasters actually developed the device, nifty fact there! Up next will be Tengen, which I don't have too many left to get, so if you have any (Mainly Shinobi or various empty boxes) hit me up! Now a sexy picture for your viewing pleasure!
Just look at that Aladdin deck enhancer! Congrats on another one down, man!
Thanks bud! Yea the Deck enhancer itself is a pretty nifty device, would have been cool if they had adapted it to do more like maybe make toast or do homework.

With all the crazy third party shit BITD, I'm surprised they DIDN'T have a legit Nintoaster/R.O.B. the homework robot.
So it's been a long time since I have been able to post in here, but this past weekend I crossed a big one off the list! I was visiting New York and was able to work out a deal for a CIB Cheetahmen II from our very own Limbofunk here on NA. We had a chance to explore New York city together which was an awesome experience. I'm beyond thrilled and never thought I would be able to own this game, let alone be this much closer to having a complete unlicensed NES CIB set. Thanks again to Limbofunk for getting me that much closer!!
