Where is this N64 Promo thing from?

I found this N64 promo type thing, not really sure what to call it, lol. I was told it was a press kit but I think it may have came from the Nintendo Power Magazine. I'm also not even sure if all the items inside even belong. Could anyone confirm where this came from, the whole set? Especially the box, I think that's the key item as some of this stuff could have also came separate. Im pretty sure the VHS and brochure came together in a Nintendo Power issue.I think the N64 power tips thing was only for annual Nintendo Power members. I found no info on the soundtrack, it's dated for 1996 if you cant see that in the pic.

Contents: N64 box with handle, N64 dog tag, N64 sticker, VHS, N64 Soundtrack,and a N64 brochure.

    Yeah, the guy just randomly called me to ask how I liked all the games and stuff that I got from him. So, I asked him how he got it. He said it was a launch kit that some retailers received.He said there may be something in it that doesn't belong in the box but it shouldn't be missing anything. Im almost 99.9% positive that the Power Tips doesn't belong.



    Hopefully, someone else has one on here. ^_^

    I have the VHS, found it at a thrift store. This looks like a retailer's launch kit to me, nice find.

    I have the VHS and the Power Tips. The Power Tips was a Subscriber Bonus for Nintendo Power, probably late 90s but I'm not sure of the exact year.



    Haven't seen the other items before though, and it could definitely be a press kit of some sort. Definitely looks more like a launch kit than a pre-release kit, because the original name was Ultra-64 and Nintendo-64 is a finalized product.

    N64 Power Tips: It came included with Nintendo Power #92, January 1997.
