Paypal shipping label refund time frame

So I made the mistake of trying to void out a rather expensive shipping label through paypal shipping about a week ago. Ran upwards of $50, being an international package and all. Never had to do this before, the FAQ says about 2 weeks for approval / refund, is that realistic? I know how USPS can be with customer service inquiries so I'm worried I might not see it for a while if at all. I figured I'd at least see an email from paypal or USPS about the process or something, no dice.

Anyone dealt with this before?

    yep, took 2.5 weeks to get my refund......and it was only $9

    Yeah I've done it a few times and it's taken forever. In the last instance, I actually forgot about it, but I did get refunded.

    Yep, it takes a while. Last time I had to do it, took about 3 weeks id say. No reason to think that you won't get a refund though.

    yup. it's happened to me a few times (like 3 or so). usually because I had entered something wrong. either way, you get the money back. just takes a couple weeks. I believe it is to make sure that you don't use the misprinted label without paying for it.
