SNES Box Template Assembly

in Help Wanted!
I'm looking for a template for a SNES box. I'm not just looking for the logos and placement. I need the layout for the box itself (with flaps and folds). I've checked VGAboxart & thecoverproject. But I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. I'm looking for something like this only a SNES version:

    Ask UncleTusk. He gave me his PSD for NES boxes, I'm sure he has a SNES template (He recently did some SNES boxes if I remember correctly).
