    He means something that you can input that will obscure a block of text , like say if it contains spoilers, and anyone who wants to see it will have to click on it to make the text appear. I've seen it on a handful of other forums.

    As far as I know there is not.

    Well, I want to hide pictures in a tab, so that it won't be too much for those who don't have a fast connection.

    Nah, I don't think there's anything like [spoiler]; however... putting pictures as an attachment should serve that purpose well.
