No for real, on the label, but more importantly, make sure that the signature contrasts the label. If it is a dark label, use a contrasting ink.

I've had it done below the label--I think it looks nice that way. Sometimes in the busyness of the label the sig can be lost, but if it's signed right underneath it stands out nice.
