Metroid Prime Target Cover Variant

I know there's a LOT of variants for Metroid Prime on Gamecube.
I haven't come across this one. Is it anything special?
I read an old digitpress thread about known variants. It didn't seem many had this one? Any help is appreciated.. Gamecube & variants are new to me.

I stashed it behind 5 other Metroids just in case (haha get it CASE? god I'm a nerd)

    Haven't really noticed a big price difference on any of the Gamecube variant yet. There's this one, the K-mart Wind Waker, the Target Mario Golf and I think a K-Mart Mario Party 4. Just ones that I've seen personally, probably more out there.

    Yeah, a Metroid Prime 2 regular and 2-disk. A 1080 regular and a 2 disk. I have both the K-mart Mario Part 4 and regular one. Hmm... I have two different version of the Urbz as well. I'm sure theres more I can't think of right now.
