Price Check - Metal Gear

Hey guys,

What do you feel the value would be on a Factory Sealed Metal Gear . It has a slight tear in the seal on the bottom of the box.

I'm not positive on the value, but i have seen a couple sell on ebay for around 135-150 price range sealed.
