ive been looking at this lot for a while  im thinking maybe 2500 dollars. I was thinking of making a offer when i get my timber check.  I really dont see anything rare but all those commons and boxes would fill in a lot of holes.

    $2500 would be about fair, I think, but good luck getting it for even that cheap...everything's high in Ellijay (which, btw, is only about 50-60 miles from me; I've been there a time or two, and most people that live in Ellijay work in nearby Dalton and shop there because it's so much cheaper...the Wal-Mart in Ellijay is no exception to having high prices).
