Kreidos32's Finder Keepers thread

I thought that I would change this thread to include all my recent finds.

I just got back from a pawn shop and got this for a decent price.

  • really cool
  • also if anyone has got a bonk box for sale, please let me know.
  • I don't even collect boxes, but when I get a cutup box in a video store case it makes me sad

Still a great find of course!
  • its not a real box cutout. they printed it out. Im assuming from the cover project. ive seen them do the same for ds cases.
  • Excellent score!
  • The fact that they print out covers for their games makes that pawn shop awesome!
  • That is cool that they go out of their way to print covers. Most stores do the complete opposite and ruin labels with annoying stickers.

Then again, it sounds like they know what they got. Congrats on the score though. Looks good.
  • yeah they only do this for the more rare nes games. they said they got it from a collector. it almost seems like they do it just to justify hiking the price up. this pawn shop also seals most of their games so they dont have to ruin the box or cart with a price tag.
  • Awesome score man!! Dont see that in the wild too often
  • How much did you actually get it for?

2nd that! I would like to know as well.
  • 130 i traded in 5 common games and got a 50 dollar credit also.

not an insane deal but good to get it while i could.

  • I know it's not nintendo but I wanted to share this with everyone. I got this Dragonball Z Trilogy for PS2 for 25$.

The guy I bought it off of said it was brand new and he got it in a storage locker so I am inclined to believe him.

I dont know anything bout PS2 Seals but it looks good to me.
  • I think I know the pawn shop you speak of, I  ahve been there twice, common games are and absolute rip off, but it must work for him!

ps, your game shipped this morning
  • the pawn shop isnt bad if you know what you are doing and know the prices. sometimes more obscure titles slip though the cracks. but like 90$ for ff3 cart come on.
  • Found this Jetsons CB for 30$. The box is pretty decent, but no manual.

I also traded a worn TMNT CIB  for this mint Chip and Dale CIB.

  • Got both of these for 20$. The ogre battle is a previous rental and the manual is pretty worn

    but decent nonetheless.

  • very nice. thats a 60$ CIB game you got there.
  • I found this worn CIB Volleyball today for a whole 5$. The top flap of the box is half ripped off but I kinda

took a chance on it.  Also I dont know if the mattel ones are more common but the cart is a 3 screw.
