Typically takes about 3-5 business days from the package actually being delivered. They invoice you shortly with a projected completion date (which may slip).
I'm on the opposite end, got emailed my grades and now I have to await the return shipping. It's brutal considering I'm waiting for some gems to come back!

I also chose to have my grade emailed, along with a grading report. I am very impatient!
Mine says July 1st I think, I went for the 2nd cheapest option so I am expecting it to take longer then that since they're claiming that they're running behind.
Are Ps1 games worth getting VGA'd if the price charting value is over 125.00 or so? Will they still grade it if the shrink wrap is gone, but the security seal is intact?
I would assume they would but since it doesn't have the factory wrap they may want to open it to verify the contents and grade it on the qualified scale. This will come with extra cost.

Just got a randomly generated email from UPS saying they shipped it. completion date was suppose be July 1 so it only took a week longer, not too bad considering they were claiming they were weeks behind.
BUT they shipped my game to the wrong address!
Before I mailed it I checked all my information multiple times, and I just went on my account on the VGA website and looked at the submission and can see I did in fact type it correctly.
When they received my game and I got the email and a PDF invoice I see THEY mistyped my zip code ( which to be honest I didn't notice until right now when I got the UPS email and noticed they had the wrong address) which is now sending it to the wrong city. They got the rest of the address correctly on the invoice though. The randomly generated email from UPS I received is showing the wrong city! I guess I should of looked at the invoice more closely, my fault for assuming they would double check and make sure they got the right information entered. And I guess when they created the UPS shipping label and the wrong city came up(im assuming they only type the zip in and the city automatically fills itself in) they would of noticed, but nope. Why care? they already have my money.
I tried calling, but Its outside of business hours, so I emailed them...... Fortunately I don't think the address they shipped it to is a real address. So it should be returned back to them........ (I hope) If they try charging me for shipping again I will be pissed since It's their fault (if anything they should be refunding me something as consolation)
Edit: I'm trying the UPS live chat and we will see what happens. Theres a huge wait time.
Edit again:UPS live chat was useless. Lovely (not to mention it said wait time of 8 minutes but it was more like 30+)
So we have a company (VGA) that carelessly ships peoples high dollar collectibles to incorrect addresses (without checking to make sure it's correct), and I paid extra for the express instead of standard, which just ended up being a waste because now I have to wait for them to attempt to deliver my package to some pathetic small town of 200-300 people in the middle of nowhere in Minnesota to an address that doesn't exist in order for them to do something.
Just contact them tomorrow during business---fortunately, with UPS, you can change the address (to the correct one) mid-shipment. This happened to me once and it was re-routed to me and made it just fine

Where do you chose to have your grades emailed?
Just email them when you get your shipping email and ask for the grades or you can just email them and let them know you want to know your grades but this method will take multiple times as I'm sure they won't remember.
My Xenoblade Chronicles got delivered at my parent's house today, and I will be going there this weekend and will post a picture in the thread where you show pictures of your VGA games!
Yeah I just got my first submission back! I am really happy with it, and rather impressed with the quality of the "slab". Also I wasn't expecting the report:
I think I paid 5.00 Extra for it.
The only thing kinda strange was they didn't let me know it shipped or anything. I just showed up today.
Oh well, check the VGA 2.0 Thread!!!
P.s. do you guys take off the plastic? I'm really torn, they did a really good job of cleanly folding and taping it it actually looks pretty good. I also know since the plastic is thicker it will protect it a bit too.
I am not going to display it right now so I will probably leave it on. Maybe later when I have a game room setup I will take it off.
Anyone want to give me some advice on whether a N64 game I'm looking at on Ebay is a reseal? I'm no expert, as I've never had a sealed N64 game before.

Looking at the pictures, does this look like a genuine seal? I don't collect sealed games, so I have minimal knowledge in this area. I got this game for cheap from a local collector several years back (think I paid $30?) and it has just been sitting in a glass case since then. Figured it might be fun to send it in to VGA; just so I can say that I have at least one graded game.
If this is a genuine seal, what do you think this would be graded at? Setting my expectations low, I'd just hope for at least an 80. It has some extremely minor dents on a couple of the corners and the seal isn't quite staight (I have no idea if this affects the grade). Do you think it would be worth sending in?
Lastly, what would it cost to have something like this graded? Just a ball park estimate would be great.
Not sure is anyone has answered this before or not, but if I send in some games to be graded and they are in the sliding bottom acrylic cases, will they send my cases back to me once the games are graded?

I've done this before, they will do this but you need to make sure to let them know, I would either call or email directly when you get your invoice. My memory is vauge but I feel one time I got mine back and another time I did not.

Yeah it was delivered monday according to USPS, and I haven't received anything yet so I sent an inquiry.
Just be patient, they received my order on the 10th and didn't invoice till about 8 days after.

Thank you VGA for this. Just what I wanted!

I got an automated UPS Quantum View email saying Action Figure Authority had shipped me a package and it gave me the tracking number as well.
