Brighter LED GBA SP

Hello.  I would like to know what would the latest GB/GBC compatible GBA is, but from memory, I believe it's the GBA SP.  If so, I would like to own the version with the brighter backlight, so are there any clues as to which have the brighter LED?  Thanks!

    The model# would be AGS-101.

    What about more obvious tips, like any specific colors they were released in? Or if the box advertises a brighter screen? Chances are the 'bay won't have pictures of the Model #.



    I looked for the serial # alone, and the 'bay yields some results.  However, if I'm looking for just "GBA SP" is what my question is.  It looks like I found the one just for me, too!

    Without it turned on or getting the model no. you wont be able to tell whther its back lit or not.

    Maybe check out this site...

    It will tell you all the releases that were not back lit and the ones that were.

    This will at least eliminate a lot for you

    Not sure what colors were 101 exclusive but the box does advertise the brighter screen. I think the pearl blue was 101 exclusive but not sure.
