Paypal Pending balance

Simple question, but I couldn't find an answer after a quick search. If I have a pending balance in my paypal that has been paid by the buyer, but hasn't cleared yet, does anything I order before it has fully cleared take from THAT balance or straight from my bank acount?

straight from the bank, if you havent established a good selling history then they hold it for 30 days and you cant use it to buy anything.

Awesome! Well...not awesome, but its clarification. It should clear soon though, from what I understand it should go through 7 days after the estimated delivery date, and the buyer already received the item. I'm just impatient.

okay the pending balance clears within 3 business days after the item has been recieved IF you provide paypal the tacking number
