Paypal Risk Alert

I first noticed it the other day it is a litle red flag next to a payment and when you mouse over it "risk alert'' appears



I am not exactly sure wtf it is and paypal isn't very helpful. I just got 2 more of these. All of the addresses are confirmed so it is very strange

Nothing shows on any of mine. Hmm....maybe it's for people PayPal has had issues/cases with in the past?

Maybe it's for people who have a high risk of filing a claim? That's all I can think of.

Yeah, I got one too yesterday and I receive payments all the time in my paypal. I thought it was strange too but have no clue as to why it was there? The guy had a confirmed shipping address and a decent amount of feedback...?

It means PayPal hasn't confirmed the buyers address or it's suspected fraud. Only ship to the address on file, get delivery confirmation, and if you're really worried - call paypal. I wouldn't pay it any mind unless the orders are several hundred dollars or more and it's out of the country.

I googled about this ans something about a glitch came up.

when i called PP , they said it was because the buyer left me a note

i looked and the buyer did leave a note , not sure if that helps ???

i've gotten 3 of these with small transactions on ebay.

already got FB from one of the peeps that bought the item, so idk what the deal is with this.



Def sent the stuff with delivery confirmation - now its like a must (damn scammers)
