Advice on shipping small box R.O.B.

Lately I have been considering selling my small box R.O.B. and was wondering if anyone had any ideas for how to ship it with the least chance of the styrofoam breaking/cracking. As it's pretty well known that the styrofoam is thin and fragile, I wasn't sure of the best way to attack this. Thinking it might be difficult or annoying to get popcorn peanuts completely surrounding the styro in the box without potentially damaging it in the process of packing. Do you think it would ship fine in a large box with popcorn peanuts simply all around the box? Any helpful advice appreciated!

    When I sold mine, I just placed the boxed R.O.B in a medium sized plastic bag and then filled the shipping box with styrofoam peanuts. If you ship it in a big enough box and surround it with peanuts it should be fine.

    Ok cool, thanks for the info - might just do that. Didn't want the precious styrofoam to get messed up in the shipping.

    Also, be sure to include my name and address on the "recipient" portion of the shipping label. This will ensure it ends up in a good home.
