Question about Ebay case...

So, I have decided to open a case on a seller. I haven't recieved the game I paid for. It has been 2 weeks and I have contacted the seller several times. The seller hasn't responded. I looked at his recent feedback and he just received a negative a few days ago for the exact same situation I am in now. The question is, should I select "I want a full refund" or "I still want the item from the seller?" Was curious to how the process works for both selections. Thanks in advance for any help!

  • I agree. At least with the money back, you know you will receive. With continually trying to get the item, you are in for a long headache.
  • Sounds good. It was actually just a copy of RE2, which I have several of already. Was just trying to snag a dead mint copy. I'm not worried about it, so I'll just go ahead and get my money back. Thanks for the advice guys!
  • With commons always get back the money, if it was a rarity like SE or an arcade... then that's a different story
  • You can select that you still want the item. If you don't get them, you will get a full refund either way. I have done this with a seller on eBay too. He failed toship 10 items he sold to people. Of course negatives followed.
