Anyone else playing Fez on Xbox 360?
I am having a blast playing Fez on 360. If you haven't played it yet, it's a retro-styled 2D/3D platformer. You are always on a 2D plane that you can rotate around in 3D like a cube. The gameplay and the pixelated graphics have me hooked.
Here's a video of the demo you can download on XBLA:

Anyone else play it yet? What do you think so far?

Easter eggs? Heh - wait until you get to the sewers. So freaking awesome.
Do I run into Turtles? If so, that will be so badass.

Right away I noticed the Legend of Zelda start screen poster in Gomez's bedroom at the start. And obviously the Tetris blocks. Any other Easter Eggs you guys finding?
The tetris blocks are more than just tetris blocks. That is all I will say as I don't want to ruin anything for you.
If you have a 360, please, do yourself a favor and give it a try. It's only 10 bucks, and there's always the free demo.

One thing this game does perfectly is giving the player a sense of discovery. Even though I only have one puzzle left (the uber-ridiculously difficult Black Monolith puzzle that only like 3 people nationwide have cracked), few games I've played lately made me feel the way this game does. The mystery surrounding some of the puzzles is truly amazing to me. Remember how hard some of the puzzles were in Myst? Fez has some that are on that level. Not only that, the main game mechanic is just fun, the platforming is great, and the retro look is of course fantastic.

Listen to this man! I did, and now I can't put the damn thing down. He is right, the exploration aspect is awesome. I am doing myself a favor and not using any guides to ruin the experience. And I've heard about the final puzzel. The fact that nobody has figured it out yet is so awesome! This truly is uncharted territory!
Also, if you posted in my "atmospheric games" thread a while back, yeah, you definately want to check this out. The music and visuals are right up your alley.
I just checked, and I'm #15 on the overall leaderboard now. Damn.
