I need someone that can repair plastic and a good paint job

Hello,

I got my replacment panal and it has a chip that a know about.

so, I thought I could fix that some when I got the lock's off I saw that the plastic was chiped so I fixed that with super glue. After it dryed I was that some would show on the outside so I used a cotton ball and socked both in nail pollish remover I put, both cottonball in the holes and let them sit for a few min. When, it came to removed the cottonball's some of the cotton got stuck to the plastic and solied it. So, it anyone can, fix this that would be great.

I know it's going to need a paint job anyway so, I want this in a pro's hand and make it look new or 10 times better.

thanks,

Sean

  • That likely can't be repaired by any means, I would get my money back.
  • yea if that was done in shipping get your $ back. Its a sellers responsibility to pack well so it arrives in original condition.
  • I wouldnt completely rule out that it cant be fix, definitely possible. I would personally reconstruct that whole end from stratch, theres no way to reattach all those small pieces.

And yeah, why could you just get your moeny back?

I have contacted him and no replay yet from him.

Shipping, it back to japan could be expensive and he has a no return policy and we made the deal

outside ebay but, I did pay with paypal. Also, I asked he could find me a replacment panel and a refund of some kind.

It's in really nice shape besides that. Also, who is going to want to buy, super famicom box with a busted plate so. If, the I end up only payying for the 2 cart's it would be worth getting someone to fix it.

If you are going to get rid of it because it is busted in the front and it works, I would take it off your hands lol

  • i think if i had some bond-o and some black paint i would be able to get it looking good to the naked eye

I think getting it reshaped is the easy part. Getting the paint to match and feather it in correctly is going to be the issue.

very true , now if it was repainted as a whole , i think it would be ok

but color matching is a pain
