Hi everyone!
Hi everybody,
I've recently reaquired all the old Nintendo consoles I had as a kid and am in the process of rebuilding a games collection.
I just replaced the 72 pin connector on the Nes I got and am still having some issues with certain cartridges needing to be pushed down to play so I thought I'd join up on here and see if I can learn anything useful and thought I'd say hello.
Scott.

I hope you find the solution to your problem. Maybe it's some of the games themselves that are dirty.
Welcome to NA!
Next issue is fixing the the warped screen edges on the crt tv I picked up, just can't seem to cure it well enough in the service menu adjustments.

Like the others said make sure you clean ALL your game... Otherwise you will just dirty the Pin itself and create more games to not work.. Also if you install the pin wrong and it's not set perfectly you may have a problem with some of the games.
I'm fairly sure I've installed the connector ok, I made sure the tray slotted under the mother board at the front etc.
Is there anything else that can be done wrong with regards to installing the 72pin that I could check?
