"What few games I played I haven't seen any issues, except for when I tried playing MLB12 The Show, and Red Dead Undead Nightmare, the game always exits back out to the main menu on those."



Anything I should worry about or it is good to go?

    When in doubt, don't. It might be the games themselves or it could be the blueray laser inside wearing out, and you might have more problems getting it fixed than anything else.

    Thanks bounce. Btw, a CDX is up on ebay that looks promising. It wasn't tested but the CD portion for sure works and it looks nice. I don't know where the bidding is now, but you should check into it.

    I have no idea. It started at $0.99 I believe and was up to $50 last time I checked.

    Regardless, it sounds like the Blu-Ray drive is starting to take a poop, which is probably not worth fixing in itself.

    Disks might be damaged.

    If its tne laser, that is an easy fix. And only costs 30 to 40 bucks

    Could be that some data on the HD is corrupted, so if these 2 games read data from the HD (an update, savegame, HD install data) and that data is corrupted, could cause the system to reset. Simple fix is to delete any data relating to those 2 games and/or use the system recovery menu.
