This is the only pic provided of this item and i am wondering what the hell it is!

Its shiny silver not regular grey, and i dont recognize the front!

Anyone know what it is and maybe what its worth? Rarity?

Is it a repro?

I have this cart. its nothing special just a multicart with a bunch of games that repeat on it. I wouldnt pay more than $15 for it.
