some tips for starting out? well stay within your budget. don't be afraid to go to yard/garage sales, swap-meets, and flea markets. also when going to such places don't be afraid to negotiate a price. IMO the average NES cart is worth roughly $1.00 stand alone no CIB. (though popular titles tend to go for more) People tend to post swap-meet locations that are in their area on craig's list so check it from time to time. And most important. have fun with it.
