ive just listed a boxed sega master system on ebay with alex kidd built in and i just got a message asking if theres AV out in the back, there is. is this significant for collectors?  please help

    The SMS supports AV via the same cable that the Genesis uses. If your SMS has actual RCA style AV outs on the back, then it's been modded.

    Well, the fact that Alex the Kidd is built in may make it worth a bit more. Most of the Master Systems I've encountered over the years either have the Maze game or Hang On/Safari Hunt built in. Is it a Master System II maybe?

    hm, that's really interesting, never seen one quite like that. I'm sure some SMS collector somewhere would want it, but SMS is still so obscure you may end up not getting any premium at all for it.

    Are you serious? It has Alex Kidd built in on a MS1? Dang I thought it was only on MS2. I still gotta get a MS1 (might try for one without Alex Kidd as I have MS2 with it). I'm one of those bastard childs that gets nintendo and sega - one item away from the full battleship config on my genesis! Dang those 32x's cost a bundle over here in Oz!
