Game Boy Advance Sealed... no H-Seam

NES and SNES games have H-Seam on back. But just few of the GBA  have it.  The other have a seam on the side. How to be sure it's original seal for the GBA games ?

  • Vent holes?
  • humm I can see somes small holes. Somes don't have it, but have a seam on one or both side. And few have seam on back. If there's no vent holes, it's resealed ?  Every games look original, but how to be sure !
  • I know nothing else. Sorry. Someone more knowledgable will chime in eventually.
  • Post pics and they will come.
  • I add somes Pics, I've 2 games like this one without vent holes. For the others, I look carefully and finally they all have vent holes.
  • Quebec huh? I've seen and bought GBA games at retail with no H-Seam. Chances are your copies are legit too. Most likely this is a Canadian thing.

In fact I'm selling a couple sealed GBA games with no H-Seam.
  • Sub-question about french canadian sealed GBA version. Somes games have a french instruction manual sealed over the game box that is sealed too (in other words, there's 2 seal over the box).  Do you thing it's better remove the 1st seal plus the french manual before sending it to VGA ?   Here's a pic for exemple :

  • Anybody for the ''sub-question'' on the French Manual ?
  • Hardly anyone cares about French Canadian seals, let alone legitimate Canadian versions of some games. Anyone collecting VGA games will only want a US seal. Hell, I doubt VGA would even recognize a French seal. They seem to be store-specific. I say remove the French seal, the factory seal underneath will probably be near perfect. Or, you could leave the game alone and send it to VGA, that way the game underneath will receive it's maximum potential grade.
  • thank, I'll remove the 1st seal and the french manual before ship it. thank you.
