Got screwed by a seller, need your help!!!

Hey everyone!



This is what happened, long story made short:



I ordered a Zelda 3DS Not For Resale cart from a seller. It was either someone from this forum or someone from ebay but I can't remember. This is the first point.



The second point is that I ordered it two months ago while I was in the USA for business and I asked the seller to send it to my address in Europe.



I just got back home this morning. Now the problem is that when I opened the package, I realized that the Zelda 3DS cart is the regular one and not the NOT FOR RESALE version...



But before purchasing the item, the seller sent me a picture of the actual cart and it was clearly the NFR version.



The problem now is that I don't remember who the seller is and where did I buy it. I only have the address from the package.



My question is: what can I do and how can I contact the seller...?



My message might be confusing, so if you need clearer information, please let me know.

    If you bought it on Ebay, all your history should still be there. Finding the seller should take a total of 30 seconds. If you bought it on here, hope you did a transaction. If so, the search for who you bought it for would also take a total of 30 seconds.

    If you've not deleted any previous PMs, you may find out who've you talked to when reguarding the transaction.

    OK, I managed to find the seller by going through my ebay history! It was not someone from here! Thanks Soera & BouncekDeLemos!

    I bought one copy from retrogamesuk and I got it without any problem. Great guy to deal with.



    It is actually someone from ebay (a woman). I think she has no clue about videogames and maybe she had several copies of the game, including a NFR one and she send me the wrong one...

    Well, I wasn't intending to make a joke or something, I was just pointing out she had no idea about videogames, whether it was a man or a woman would have been the same to me...



    Anyway, the problem is over now.



    The picture she send me was one from the internet and it happened to be the NFR cart... She send me the money back and said I can keep the game, so I got one free game. It was not about the money, because the price I paid was ridiculous, I just wanted that NFR cart
