Paypal help

Hey guys. Having a little trouble with my first paypal tansaction. I've been paid for my item but there's been a 21 day hold put on my money. There were some steps to take to get the money released quicker like providing the tracking number. It said when they can confirm the item has been delivered the money will be released. Sorry, this is probably such a ridiculous problem for all of you who seem to all use paypal. Can anyone give me some tips for paypal?? Thanks for any help.

    They are going to put limits on your account like that until you establish yourself as a responsible user. I can't really say how long the limits are placed on accounts though, my friend started an eBay account with a new Paypal about 5 months ago and they still hold his money.

    True! you have to at least have 10 transactions with a good rating to get the money released quicker..
