I'm sort of new and need a little help :D

Hi, I'm fairly new to NintendoAge. Well, I'm new to actually dealing with transactions and things like that. I've been on the site looking for a while. It has been an excellent experience so far, some really excellent people in this community! I do have a question though. I notice in the forums that when somebody posts something, on the left is shows their avatar, their name, location, rank and all that info. But under that are some little icons that represent something that a person has in their collection or a goal they've reached. Like one for having an NWC cartridge, or a test station owner, or a complete nes set, and many many more. How do I get those on mine? I think I qualify for a few of them. So if somebody can help me, that'd be great, thanks!
