Hi, I'm trying to figure out where this Donkey Kong Country t-shirt came from?  Any one know where this was origionaly sold, or what promotion it was given away at?

    i never really liked how they were airbrushed looking, they must have been from a large event or retailer because of their level of not to rare

    I bet they were just sold at a retail store like Target or Wal Mart. I've seen them around as well. Still cool IMO

    Oh yeah, we had those at Babbage's back in the day. They weren't pre-order incentives though since we only received a couple of them.

    They were reserved for the managers.

    I got one of these when my mom bought DKC on launch at a Bigg's store (random midwest retailer).

    Nice, I totally own this shirt. It's too big but a good shirt for lounging. Don't know the history of it, though.

    That's pretty awesome. Did they make those based on any other franchises? They'd be pretty collectable and would certainly brighten up a room.
