Well.... a box WITH fading, razor marks, creases, etc will bring $400. One without those would likely bring a lot more since there are so few without damage.
Just a general question, how come certain boxes with a rarity of 9 according to the site go for crazy amounts of money but other boxes equally as rare go for considerably less? Popularity??

I'm the one who bought the box from Hotel Mario a while back. I paid right around 400 and that thing is beautiful. No fading or any other blemishes. If the bottom corners weren't the tiniest bit fuzzy, you'd swear it was new. I only shelled out that much because it was so nice. I'd pay a lot less for a sunfaded one.
I think MLN might have sold his for around that much though, and it was pretty faded.

There's no "face value" to any of this scheit clarkass, it's all subject to market demands. Popularity = demand, when supply is equal between items.
