legend of kage arcade machine...it looks to be in good condition?  anyone know prices on arcades?

What also would be a good price for a super contra arcade machine?

    ooo i dunno $400-800 maybe depending on box condition and how well it works. I got the original MK machine =) but its only worth 2-300 because it works when it wants, needs work.

    I could be wrong though, I've seen more popular machines in the 1-2,000 range.

    there is a Mortal Kombat 2 machine on craigslist here going for $300... would love to pick it up but lack the funds.

    Are we talking dedicated machines? A legend of Kage board can be found cheap, as well as a working cab. I don't think its Jamma, so you'd need a converter. Have any pics of the cabs? Conversions (especially shitty ones) would change the price greatly.

    I wouldn't buy a dedicated machine, put the money towards a MAME project if you want a home arcade machine.

    I hate MAME, it doesn't give me the arcade feel at all.  Original hardware is the only way to go.

    ^^^ I dunno, with authentic controls MAME is pretty satisfactory.
