Does anyone know what this cart is? What system?

in Help Wanted!
I was at a local yard sale and I bought a box full of various carts ect. This was the only one that I didn't know anything about. Is it one of those "Leap Frog" type carts, or something different? 





I'm sure it's nothing major, but I would like to know what it's for.

    I checked ebay to see if they had anything Socrates related, and not much showed. Not sure what to do with this cart just yet. I guess I'll just hold on to it for now. It was just one of of those "Odd finds" in the wild.

    It's a cart for sure! It's pretty thick too! I'll have to do more looking around to see what it's worth.

    I enjoy finding odd carts. Makes the hobby a blast!
