Sealed NES/SNES Game Authentication Needed ASAP!

Here are the pics..

It looks like a reseal, just dont want to open a sealed game on accident.. need an answer quick, bout to film a new pickup video!! thanks!

looks like there is some damage underneath the sealing.. does that happen with a real sealed game without hurting the seal?

and this Snes one i also found, deff looks like a re seal!

  • All look like reseals
  • Yeppers reseals sir. Open them up!
  • Yay!!! unboxing time!! lets see what they have inside.. video to come... thanks guys

  • The animaniacs was a perfect cart and had all papers included, cart was even in its plastic bag thing and looks unplayed... sure hope it was a re-seal !
  • Was there anything about Majesco on the back of Animaniacs? The Majesco re-releases would not have a standard H-seam, but the manual would be black and white and the cart label would say "Assembled in Mexico".
  • Yes it has Majesco on the back, assembled in mexico, and has the black and white manual... my stomach kinda dropped.. BUT!

I have some suspicion that the thrift store sealed it themselves because i remember other items clearly sealed by the thrift store that looked to be similar material and done to items that didn't originally have seals...

Still, would this item have been of any rarity being that its the Majesco Re-release and could have been sealed?

(there was clearly damage under the box , even tears and wearing.. not sure if that could happen with a seal on it and no hole or whatnot.. and the sealed material was clunky and not done well.. let me know!)
  • update, saw another photo of one that looked like the sealed one i just opened.. Oh well, learned my lesson if it was.. will be more cautious with those things in the future but at least it was a very cheap game lol.. fewf
  • alfred the chicken was deff a reseal though, was missing pieces, styrofoam, inserts.. but has box manual and cart in great shape
  • The animaniacs was a definete reseal, no seams on the bottom or top spine were done by factory for majesco releases
  • ahhh, good to know Thanks Snesfinder
