Spiderman SNES reseal?

Let me know what you guys think, I just thought it was a little suspicious and I do not have much knowledge of sealed SNES games.

    Shouldn't there be a H-seam going vertically on the back?

    With the bunching in the corners it looks like it was a sloppy reseal to me

    Yeah that looks like either a sealed in store or consumer reseal. No visible h seam and it just looks off.
