Cheapest USPS international service with tracking

Just sold a $165~ item on ebay but the person didn't message me before buying to get a quote on shipping. I refuse to ship standard USPS international first class due to a $200+ hit I took a few months back. I need a shipping option I can track / insure / get seller protection on while not hurting the pockets of the buyer too badly. Any help is apperciated.

    Express is the only fully trackable option right now and that starts around $35 or so.

    Thanks man, I guess it'll have to do. Not like they can't get mad at me for it, I said in the auction for int' buyers to message me before bidding.
