Super Mario World Variant or is this a Sticker stuck on it?

Asking about the sticker on the Mario  SNES cart... is that printed on the label as a special version or is it a sticker somone stuck on? Might be a dum question but i have missed weird items before bc i didnt ask! Thanks!

    Maybe nintendo teamed up with tool making company "Snap On" and offered Super mario World as a pack in with certain tool boxes. (I'm being a smart ass)
