Diddy Kong 64 Not For Resale cart

It has the "Not for Resale" on the front and a sticker on the back with "Not for Resale Demo Game Only" and also "Property of Nintendo". Anybody know what this is and/or how much it's worth?

    $30 give or take. Pop it in your store for $49 and wait for a buyer

    It was a store demo that was given for kiosk displays.  Like burma said put it in your store at 49 and someone will buy it.
