How do I go about selling Games, seeing as Im new to this site? I want to build a good name for myself, and I also want to get a fair deal on my games. What do I do?

You get a good name for yourself around here by participating in the conversations on the different subforums, respecting the mods, following the rules, and being a good sport in general.
