^^^^ You just did something awesome without even realizing it.
That map is very desirable and didn't come packaged with all copies of this game. People have been trying to determine which variation of the box contained the map for some time, and you've just given some confirmation to the most widely accepted theory (non-hangtab, non rev-a).
I did this one almost 2 months ago, look on page 25!!
I'd just like to throw down my 2 cents on the SE, as well.
For how few CIB's there are ever going to be for this game, how much of an issue is it whether or not this information is 100% accurate. It seems to me that considering there are <10 copies of the box even around, if those owners want to call these particular pieces a 100% complete SE, then let them have that peace of mind. Seeing as it'll probably be another couple years before another previously unknown copy turns up (and maybe a decade for another sealed one?), lets just call it a day? I guess for how small of a number of people this will actually affect, I say leave it off the list, or asterisk it for a maybe. Let the actual owners decide for themselves how "complete" their copy is.
Looks like I have a ton to work on...I've lagged a bit with my list because of a pair of dead PCs (you'd think I'd learn to back up data...), and just generally setting aside the internet in favour of real life. I'll get to it eventually, so keep stuff coming, but as yet I still don't have my own computer, so it will likely be some time before a future update.
Good to know You also don't have to list the baggie or foam on there, as I assume every game has it. If it's licensed and there's no baggie, then they're not a legit seal. The foam is always there, I only really make note if it's a half brick instead of a full one, or a different colour brick or something. Unlicensed games had their own types of baggies, but I don't think I've ever opened one without them. For instance, all Camerica games had baggies, but they were thicker than licensed games and pink instead of transparent. Of course, if you're not sure of something, post a description of it.
Works. Only thing I'm unclear on is the "thicker" sleeve. I'm aware of the flat and textured ones (textured sleeves appeared later in the lifespan of the console, and if you have one you'll notice the difference immediately).
Really? Textured ones are bumpy to the touch...I've never seen them on games that came out as early as Deja Vu or Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Like I said, it's a very noticable difference, although it's one you might not be able to differentiate between until you feel it in your hand.
OK I am officially confused about the dust sleeves. What are these textured ones? Is there a picture of one somewhere? I think I perceived the sleeves as thicker due to them being so solid, since they are unused. Not sure really. Anyway, all of the non-nintendo sleeves are the same and I am now thinking they are all of the flat black sleeve variety. I`d snap you a pic Wiz but I can`t locate my camera.
That's likely it. The textured one does look a bit glossier, but I don't think the difference would show up in a picture. Trust me though, when you find one, you'll know it. You can feel the bumps, it's almost like crocodile skin in how it feels.

my 2 cents, I like the idea of declaring styro and baggies. It seems like it'd always be better to have something declared rather than implied.
edit: also, how about someone who can identify the various types of sleeves and has them available take some pictures and put them up for reference? again, reducing ambiguity is a plus.
True enough, but it seems redundant to list something that came with EVERY game. Perhaps if I didn't put it at the start of the guide, I suppose I will add that in after, basically stating that unless otherwise stated, those items appear in every game.
