Epic/Funny/Entertaining Threads on NA

Every once in a while I find myself clicking through old threads on NA just for info/entertainment and also out of boredom.  I click on one thing that leads to another thing then to another thing and before I know it i'm reading a thread from 2009 and i'm laughing my ass off.  Yes I do have a lot of time on my hands(when i'm at work).


I just got done reading through this one : http://nintendoage.com/forum/messageview.cfm?StartRow=1&catid=7&threadid=46323 and some of the posts had me laughing so hard I was crying.  DMG's comment on page 2 was my favorite.



I also really enjoyed reading the "Purple Ganon" thread.


I think it might be interesting/enlightning or just plain fun for some of the newer members (myself included) to have one single place to easily access some of the wonderful threads of the past that we were not fortunate enough to be a part of.  To avoid the annoyance of bumping threads that may be several years old, one requirement could be that a MOD lock the thread upon request via PM prior to posting the link.  Some of these threads ended up getting locked at the time anyway.




Does anyone else think it might be a fun idea to have an ongoing thread to list some of the great threads from the past? 



Or is it maybe just better to leave the past in the past?
