Earthbound air freshener

Has anyone ever seen this before? Supposedly if you guessed the scratch and sniff card mystery smell and mailed it in you could win this. I hadn't heard of this before and thought it was pretty cool, if not overly expensive!

  • Very cool. I wish I'd seen this.
  • WTF, you'd have to be a serious Earthbound fan to shell out that kind of cash for a useless piece of swag.
  • interesting ...

exactly what I was thinking ... I'm pretty sure if someone stuck that item with a BIN of $250 it would sell easily
  • I don't think its THAT bad of a price. If you collect Earthbound (and many people do) how many things are there for you to buy? This has to be on of the rarest US pieces.
  • The price isn't too bad really. These things are VERY rare. Most of them were scratched and thrown away afterwards.

  • Wonder if it's "minty."
  • too bad the Starfox ones don't sell as well
  • I don't think this is that expensive of a price either. If you were an Earthbound nut, I'm sure its one of the most sought after things to own.
  • Yeah, I don't think 172 is too bad either. If you're an Earthbound collector, why not pay that? There are tons of people here who pay hundreds for hunks of cardboard and paper in the form of boxes and manuals. I don't see why that would be acceptable, and paying hundreds for another cardboard collectible wouldn't.
