Hi, Nintendo Age

I joined some time ago, but am just now posting. I wanted to take the time to say hi and introduce myself.
I haven't really been a big forum guy throughout the years. I am semi-active on pcenginefx, I like the people over there. I wanted to make an account here and eventually another forum or two so I could partake in discussions from time to time.
I play and own pretty much evertying from 2600 to PS3/3DS give or take something here or there. I have been gaming for a very long time. My favorite NES game is Zelda, but there are many good ones as I'm sure eveyrone here knows.
I guess other than trying to be a part of the community the main reason or current interests as far as Nintendo goes are homebrews or reproductions carts or Famicom games and unreleased prototypes. I think it is neat to get something "new" for an old system and I like to support the people who take the time to do this. My go to guy is Joe at th NES Dump, but I have used others (OCD, Timewalk, gamereproductions). I know someone started a thread w/ all the repro makers and I have used that so thanks, great thread.
My favorite homebrew is Battle Kid. I need to finish it before the sequel comes out.
My favorite random repro purchase was the Famicom Goonies. That game ended up being really fun and since I had no prior knowledge of it it was a great surprise.
The last thing I wanted to mention was that I bought Ecstacy of Order due to it being on the main homepage. I'm not really a big Tetris guy, but the movie was really well done and i would recommend it to another who hasn't seen it.

Technical Foul definitely pick up both, lots of value for the cost on those. Much like King of Kong even non-gamers would enjoy Ecstacy.
