Hi, I'm Bittergamer1886.
I'm Bittergamer1886. I have actually had this account for a while now, but barely used it. So, I guess I'll take the time to introduce myself. I am 16 years old, and I'm from Texas.
I had a SNES when I was about 4 or 5, and I loved it to death. However, we got rid of it after a while. However, when I was 11, I saw that one of my friends still had a Super Nintendo, with Mario All Stars + Mario World. Images of my beloved younger days flashed back to me, and I was excited as hell to get a Super Nintendo. Being 11, though, and only having a meager allowance meant a long wait until I could get a Super NES, considering they werent cheap with games. And so, while I was looking for an SNES, I kept seeing the this game console called the NES. I looked up what an NES even was, and I saw very little of the games. So, my mind ran wild with what NES games look like, and now I was interested in getting one. I looked on eBay, and one of the first things I see is an NES, with 11 games, NIB for about 50 dollars, not including shipping. So, I save up enough money, and purchased it. And the day it came in, we hooked that sucker right up to the TV, and I was hooked. And it aaaaall started from there. Now, I have close to 25 consoles (SNES included), 2 arcade machines, and an unnumerable amount of games. The 11 games I got grew to the triple digits, and my collection has been growing more and more ever since.
So, how'd you get into classic gaming? I'd like to hear.
