Received 8-bit Xmas 2012 broken

Received my NES XMAS cart from Retrozone today and it has a nice crack on the front about an inch or so long. I had it shipped in a box, so it should have been protected, but stuff happens.

I've heard mixed reviews about trying to get a hold of them and was wondering if it is worth trying to send it back and receive a new one, and if so how?

I can't figure out the Retrozone site..

  • If the board is undamaged you should just ask for a replacement case and swap it
  • There is a thread on here, you can ask in there... I mentioned a problem i had in there but i didnt get a response..

  • Well, it may be hard to contact them via NA, but you should certainly go through their site for returns. I'm sure they will take care of you if it was delivered with a crack.
  • I got a response from them and they are sending me a new front shell to replace the cracked one.



    I didn't find anything difficult with dealing with them. Actually kinda pleasant to email.
