I can't send money through PayPal, what gives?

I have a transaction with someone and I want to send them $100.  I was going to send them the money as Canadian Dollars under "payment for services" and "gift".  I chose those needed things, but PayPal keeps telling me to pick an apropriate option, which I clearly have.  Is PayPal being stupid, or am I doing something wrong?



I know, not exactly the place for it, but this is the first time I've had this problem with PayPal.

    keep testing it i can send you my paypal and i promise to tell you when it doesn't work

    Try just sending them the money as gift. You can't send them "payment for services" as a "gift."
