Question about retrousb purchase

So I just purchased the 8-bit Xmas cart on Monday. My question is how long is the shipping process/production time. Since Monday it has said in production. Does that mean it hasn't shipped out yet? I know I could email the site but from what I've seen ,they may be backed up on the emails and figured I'd get a quicker response from someone here who has purchased from them.

I got my Xmas carts this year actually very quick. I would bet that you'll have them delivered sometime next week. I also chose Priority shipping, although don't recall what the other available options were (in case you selected First-Class perhaps).

I also choose priority and it arrived quite quickly. Just be patient, they'll get you your blinky cart! I can only assume this is their busy time, I've never had a problem with them.

i just received a email with my dc.

i choose the cheapest shipping option as i noticed there based in nor Cal which is where i am aswell.

That's amazing. I was about to post that when I ordered an "In Stock" PowerPak it was 3.5 weeks with no e-mails, no communication what-so-ever despite my sending them e-mails until the e-mail where I finally asked for a refund. Then within 12 hours I was refunded... Some very odd customer service over there way...
